Until when can I still have an abortion in Malaysia?

Abortion is legal in Malaysia under certain conditions. 

Act 574 Penal Code, Section 312 says causing misscarriage is an offence unless a doctor decides:

1.  The pregnancy poses a risk to the life of the pregnant woman 
2. The pregnancy risks an injury to the mental or physical health of the pregnant woman 
   
3. All abortions must also be carried out by a certified medical practitioner 
   
4. Prgnancy term cannot exceed 22 weeks
